BIO‑R series are high-performance non-food bio-based modified rice bran waxes produced from renewable rice bran raw materials through hydrolysis, oxidation, esterification and saponification processes. These products feature low volatility, low precipitation, low migration, good compatibility, balanced lubrication and excellent dispersion, which can fully replace traditional petroleum-based waxes. They are widely used in engineering plastics, general plastics, thermosetting plastics, inks, coatings, leather chemicals, cosmetics and hot stamping materials, acting as efficient lubricants, release agents, dispersants and brighteners. With light color, stable performance and eco-friendly advantages, BIO-R series are ideal green additives for modern manufacturing industries.
