High-density oxidized polyethylene wax OA23 is a high-temperature lubricant derived from polymerization of oxidized polyethylene, containing specific amounts of carboxyl and hydroxyl groups as functional additives with exceptional performance. Compared to conventional oxidized polyethylene, OA23 offers the following advantages in manufacturing films, wax emulsions, advertising boards, granules, injection-molded products, and related applications:
Enhance fluidity. This reduces the adhesion during thermoplastic melting, improves melt flow properties, facilitates demolding, and increases production yield.
Enhance product surface smoothness.
Offers advantages such as improved production cycle efficiency, continuous production capability , and superior product coloration.
Enhances plasticity while reducing torque, with high softness and excellent hardness.
